Easy Pay allows you to pay your Workers’ Compensation premium monthly by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). You make a down-payment equal to 25% of your premium the first month, then pay the remaining 75% of your premium through automatic EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) on the first of each month for the next six months. We will need a copy of a VOIDED check and signed authorization for electronic impound.
